The following applies to consumers who purchased the following product(s) from MaxiCosi.com and/or authorized retailers.
Child restraints (car seats) are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase.
Strollers are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for two years from the date of the original purchase.
An original receipt is required to validate your warranty.
DJG will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace this product. DJG reserves the right to substitute if the part or model has been discontinued.

Proof of purchase is required and shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note: Our warranty is only valid if the product is purchased from an authorized Maxi-Cosi dealer. Products not purchased from these authorized dealers are of unknown origin and may be counterfeit. We cannot provide assistance for products of unknown origin because we cannot verify their use or condition.
We have a strong network of authorized retailers to ensure that you are purchasing safe and complete products. Third party sales do not guarantee that you are purchasing from one of the authorized retailers. A price that is different from the majority of retailers is a sign that the retailer is not authorized, as all our authorized retailers have identical prices.

Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or abuse of this product.
Limitation of Liability for Damages: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, oral or written, express or implied. In no event shall DJG, or the dealer selling this product, be liable to you for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
Limitation of Warranty, Other Warranty Terms and Provincial/Territorial Law:
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. Some provinces/territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Neither GJD nor the seller of this product authorizes any person to create any other warranty, obligation or liability in connection with this product.
The obligations inherent in this warranty are limited to the terms and conditions set forth herein and are available only in the country where the product was purchased. Maxi-Cosi may limit warranty services to the location where Maxi-Cosi or its authorized distributors originally sold the product. Services will be limited to the options available in the country where they are requested. If you wish to obtain services in a country that is not the country of origin, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and will be responsible for paying all customs duties, VAT and other related taxes and fees.
