Shipping Policy


All ship and delivery dates communicated on our website or via e-mail are estimates only and are subject to change. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier.  If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact the carrier immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away.

Please note: we only ship through UPS, some areas may be excluded from shipping. Shipping times may vary so please allow longer for remote locations.

Exceptions to Free Shipping

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. The Free Shipping over $50 promotion applies to all postal codes except the following:

Merchandise in new and unused condition with all documentation present may be returned up to 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange or refund if the product(s) were purchased on the Maxi-Cosi Canada website. By placing your order on , you are accepting this return policy. If you purchased a product from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for their return policy.

If you want to return an item, It is important that you first contact one of our Consumer Care representatives through our chat in the bottom corner of our website or by calling 1-888-521-6550 (Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET & Fridays 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET). Our Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you regarding the procedures for returning or exchanging your product.

As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise back to Maxi-Cosi and may use any carrier. You will be required to provide our consumer care team with the return tracking number and information. In addition, we highly recommend that you insure your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit and that you require a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.

Once we've received your tracking number and information, it will take approximately 1 week for us to process your refund.
